Reunite || Stella

James thought that changing the subject was a great idea. But Mac continued.

Mac just nodded and then he left the roo and went back to his office and shut the door

Stella came when Mac left the room.

-What happened?

-Well he gives his speech and left. I didn't see the great man you mention.

-James give him a chance, he's really protective. You know what happened to me before I met you.

-I know but...

-In a few days your gonna see the other Mac, I promise you.

Stella went to Mac when James left the station.

-So? she said

Mac just didn't look up, he took a drink and softly sighed

-What? Something wrong?

She felt anxiety to see Mac ignore her.

Mac had a letter set on his desk, informing him that a close friend of his from Chicago had died, this was why Mac wasn't his normal self

Stella realized his mood quickly after having read the letter.

-I'm so sore for your lost. You can take some days of to go there you know.

"I have to Stell" [/color], Mac said

-I know and you come back when you're okay. If you need me I'm there okay?

Mac nodded and he took off for Chicago that same day, the team all noticed he was't around and asked why

Stella had never mentioned where Mark was gone. It was the kind of person to say personal information to his team. It was not like the New York team. One evening after work, she sent a text message to Mac.

Hi Mac, hope everything is okay. Send my sincere condolences to you and your nearest.
Do not bother you to call me if you need.

"Just trying to deal with this whole thing" Mac sent back to Stella

Stella went back to the lab with no sleep, she had difficulty being alone when James was on a mission. So she worked to forget this pain.

Mac spent a week in Chicago

Mac returned home after spending a week in Chicago

Stella had forgotten to welcome back to Mac, but it had a thought for him. In the following weeks, there was a huge ceremony for four police officers who had lost their lives. To get better, Stella and Lily had their stuff for this change ideas and had to dance to the music that was playing at full speed.

The next day Stella waited Mac that the coffee shop, she looked exhausted, but still keep smiling.

Mac had been different when he got back and he felt like a lost little kid

-Hey ... How are you?

She saw that he was sad, she felt that it was more than a friend he had lost.

-You lost a family member and not a friend is not it?

"I lost someone really close to me Stell", Mac admitted

-Who? she said putting her hand on his arm.

She was sad for him.

-You looked like me when I was three years old , when lost my mom.

"It was my father's half brother, my uncle Jack" Mac said

-He was sick?

She smiled gently.

-I know it hurts, but now he is in peace. He will always live in your heart and your memory.

She got up to give him a hug to comfort him.

Mac allowed that hug, he just didn't know what to do
