Reunite || Stella

-I know you had Jo, but I was far away, and you know...scared of losing my place in friendship.

She stop walking and said:

-Seriously you think I don't know your middle name? I pretty know you Mac Llewellyn Taylor. And if I'm right you are allergic to blueberry and you take your coffee black with two sugars.

"What else you know about me? I dare you to tell me just how well you know me Bonasera!" Mac said with a cheeky grin

-Oh no not that smile.

But she laugh after and said:

-God I miss that. What else, let me think. You want to be like your father, as a little boy. I know I'm better then you at racing car. Your idol when you were a little boy was that racing car guy I forgot is name. Uhmmm I know you like guitars and you play bass. You ask Claire to married you on the roof top of the Chrysler building.

Mac smirked and laughed a little, damn she knew him so well, they had worked together long enough anyway, but he just gave her a bear hug, he was glad to be here and it made his day to see Stell.

"Damn Bonasera!" Mac said and laughed

Stella laughed a little bit and said:

-I have work to do, but tonight, we can celebrate your new life here. What do you think?

Then she said:

-Oh tomorrow, I'll introduce you to my team, they are pretty busy today.

"I think we should do that and catch up and then I can tell you more about Don's new girl and everything else" Mac said with a grin

Later in the afternoon, they were in a bistro eating.

-So about Don and this new girl? How they met?

"They met when Jamie joined the team and they have been seeing each other ever since" Mac said and he showed Stella a pic of Don and Jamie together.

Stella looked at the photo, she was perfect for Don, she was his type.

-Waw, they are so cute together. About Sheldon?

"Sheldon's been seeing Camille Jordanson for quite a while now" Mac said

-I'm happy, everybody found love and your next!

She smile and said:

-How how are you with health, I mean you have good days and bad days?

Stella wanted to know more about this accident.

"Yeah most things I remember and other things I can't. It was horrible and I almost died while in surgery, Jo told me that" Mac said

Stella made a mirthless smile.

-Do you have therapy? If you don't want to talk about it okay.

Mac nodded in reply and he softly sighed as he thought back to that shooting in the chemist

Stella put a hand on his arm and smile. After supper Stella made her visit the city. They talked about old memories, some case they worked together.

-Are you ready for your first day tomorrow?

"You know it Stell. What are your team like?" Mac replied as they wandered around and catching up after all this time

-Everybody is great, my assistant Lt Matt Hill is a good guy. Now he know how I'm working. Also I have two detective Carl Scott and Lily Brown. Jaclyn Love is a cops, so you might working with her a lot. and Sarah Swanson is the M.D. My team is very curious about my private life. I don't talk on this subject with them except Lily.

She smile a minute because she seeing something about her friend and Mac.

Mac smiled, then said "Looking forward to meeting them all"

The next morning, Stella was on his way to the crime scene. She stopped her car near the security perimeter. She saw Carl camera in hand taking picture.

-Good morning boss, a woman in her thirties already found dead in his car, according to the lady there. The new cop will come to you soon for the other information.

Stella look at him and said:

-Not the new cop, but detective Mac Taylor. Be be polite is not hard.

Carl had nodded apologetically.

Mac found his way to the new crime scence, since joining the team and once he got there, he walked over and saw Stell, when they nodded a greeting to each other and Mac wondered how her team would take to him, joining them

Stella began her job after smiling at Mac. She found some bullets under the car and discuss what would have happened with his assistant Matt. She saw something else under the car, a skull.

-Oh god, what the hell, said Matt


-Your firt skull Hill? said Stella

-Yeah


-Good now you will not be afraid anymore.

-Is that what they said to you the first time


-Yes.

Carl during that time would see Mac to see if the witnesses had seen something.

-Good morning Detective Taylor, I'm Carl Scott. Are witnesses were seen or heard anything?

Mac smiled a greeting back to Carl, then replied, "There was only witness, but Carmen Daniels said that she heard gunfire but wasn't sure where it came from"

Carl nodded and said:

-Did miss Daniels said how much she heard shots?

Stella looks at Mac to see if everything was okay.

"According to Ms. Daniels, she said that she only heard three, but seems to be more than three here" Mac said to Carl

Stella finished his work, to go to another crime scene. She went to Lily who was waiting in front of a building. Three bodies lay in front of the building and another on a balcony which was rusting.

There were a liquor bottles all over the floor.

-I see a party gone wrong in here?

Lily smiled and said:

-Or it went well, but a pretty woman has been there and have three guy kiss the ground

Stella giggled.
